Kachina Southwestern Grill in Westminster rings in its first anniversary and “Celebrates the Diversity of Southwest Cuisine” with a series of southwest-inspired events taking place throughout the restaurant and patio Aug. 30-Sept. 2.
Locals and visitors alike have the opportunity to experience the diversity of modern Southwestern cuisine with a “Chef and Butcher” specific menu curated by Chef Jeff Bolton, along with house-made paletas, interactive games and activities, decorations, live music and daily promotions.
The three-day celebration, with exclusive culinary offerings, kicks off with Native American Day from 4-8 p.m. on Aug. 30 with $5 fish tacos on the patio and $3 Navajo tacos, followed by Pioneer Day from 4-8 p.m. on Sept. 1 with $3 bison sliders and Hickory Smoked BBQ Ribs and $3 Shiner Bock beer bottles. Spanish day is from 4-8 p.m. on Sept. 2 with $5 pork tacos and finally Labor Day Brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 2 featuring hearty Southwestern-inspired dishes, breakfast cocktails, the bottomless do-it-yourself Bullseye Bloody Mary bar.
