Please describe your leadership style in three words.
Lead by example.
I have great people skills due to thirty years of customer service at Sears and United Airlines.
Please list your top three priorities if elected.
Bringing the city together as a closer community, work with state government and legislative bodies to get fairer and more humane conditions for the residents in our mobile home communities, and to make Federal heights a city where people are proud to live and businesses are proud to operate in.
How do you see Federal Heights best taking advantage of the economic boom in Metropolitan Denver?
By proactively drawing new business opportunities to our community, which will in turn draw residents.
What is the city's role in encouraging the development of quality housing that is available for affordable costs?
There is very little room in our small city for the development of new residential building but we are committed to ensure the quality and affordability of any new housing that might be developed. The city's role is to make sure that all of our existing residential communities are well maintained and safe including roads, parks, and right of ways for emergency vehicles.
