Frederick outscores Holy Family

The Frederick Warriors steady pressure was too much for Holy Family Oct. 12 as they handed the Tigers their second loss of the season 41-23.

Frederick ended the first half leading Holy Family by a field goal but returned in the third quarter to score 21 points. Holy Family added six more points in the fourth quarter, but never got any closer.

Frederick takes their 6-1 record to face Denver North Oct. 20 at All City Stadium for a playoff game.

Holy Family travels to Longmont Oct. 19 to face Mead in a playoff game.
