Please describe your leadership style in three words.

Hardworking, Dedicated, Honest

Describe the skills and experience that make you the best candidate for the job.

Serving on the city council for four years has helped me understand the needs of the citizens of Ward 3 and the city. I have worked hard to ensure that all the items that are brought to my attention get addressed. I also understand what it takes to get these items approved through the entire council and how we need to budget for them. Having a council that can work together is one of the most important part of the being a council member and I feel that I have that quality to be a part of the solution to getting things done in a timely manner.

Please list your top three priorities if elected.

1. To work hard for the citizens of Federal Heights and Ward 3 because their voices need to be heard. 2. To ensure we get the roads and water lines completed in a timely manner. 3. To improve our relationships with the business in Federal Heights and to encourage new business to come to Federal Heights.

How do you see Federal Heights best taking advantage of the economic boom in the Denver metro area?

It is a great time for business to grow from the new economic boom in Denver. We need to work together with our local business and figure what we can do to help them become attractive to new people moving into the surrounding areas. The tax revenue could help the city be able to do more things to help clean up the overall view of the city as a whole. When all businesses are doing well it a great time to attract new ones to the city as well. It can be a total win for the city and its growth.

What is the city's role in encouraging the development of quality housing that is available for affordable costs?

I think it is very important we want our citizens to be able to afford where they live and to make sure that the council and city look at this issue on an ongoing basis.
