Northglenn officials begin making the rounds in 2018 with the first of the traditional ward meetings scheduled Jan. 17 in the City Council Chambers, 11701 Community Center Drive.
The meeting is open to all residents but is hosted by Councilors Marci Whitman and the recently sworn-in Julie Duran Mullica, the Ward 3 representatives on the City Council.
The meeting begins with a 6:15 p.m. meet-and-greet, with discussion set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Scheduled topics include introducing Mullica to her constituents as well as building a new recreation center, economic development and pedestrian and bicycle mobility throughout the city. The bulk of the meeting is devoted to taking comments from residents, however.
The City Council hosts will also provide refreshments.
For more information, contact Councilor Mullica at 720 365-7077 or email@example.com, or Councilor Whitman at 303 521-0201 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
