Each year, the Westminster Historical Society hosts a historical matchup between the city's own Lightning Bolts and another team from around the region in game of baseball played the old fashioned-way – wool outfits in the summer heat and no ball gloves. This year, the Colorado Star club came to Westminster's Wolff Run Park July 13 for a day of historically-accurate ball.
