Colorado-based fitness chain Barre Forte will celebrate the grand opening of its new Westminster studio April 2. This will be Barre Forte’s third Colorado studio and fourth nationwide since launching in 2012. In celebration, the studio is offering special membership rates for new clients.

The studio, in Orchard Park Place at 14375 Orchard Place #400, will offer a wide variety of dance-inspired group workouts seven days a week. Barre Forte co-owners Jen Rehm and Nadia Walker-Arnold see huge potential.

“This location is easily accessible for residents living and working in the area, and for those who commute via I-25,” said Rehm, who founded Barre Forte in 2012 after she found she discovered the same passion for fitness and dance as Walker-Arnold. “Nadia and I feel fortunate for our continued success here in Colorado, and we’re excited to bring our barre workouts to a new community.”

Barre Forte workouts use a combination of interval training, strength training and isometric holds to help clients burn calories and build muscle. Each section of the workout is followed by thorough stretching. The workout is low impact and designed to benefit people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

In addition to group fitness classes, Barre Forte also offers a nationally recognized teacher certification program, certifying more than 100 instructors. Additionally, Barre Forte’s licensing model provides entrepreneurial business opportunities for others interested in teaching barre fitness.

Barre Forte will offer a free class to first-timers and special rates for new clients. For more information, go online to www.barreforte.com.
