Murder suspect due in court in February

The suspect in the death of a 65-year-old man in August is due to return to court for a preliminarty hearing at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11.
 
Andrew Reineke, who is from Brighton, also faces two counts of attempted murder charge and four counts of first-degree assault.
 
The incident happened in the 7100 block of Grape Street in August. Police said Reineke fired at them in an alley. Officers returned fire and hit Reineke six times.
