The Mary Ciancio Memorial Distinguished Service Award honors the memory of Mary Ciancio, a community volunteer who championed mental health care in Adams County. Her efforts benefited thousands of Adams County residents living with mental and physical challenges. This award has been presented annually to an outstanding Adams County volunteer by the Community Reach Center Foundation Board since 1980.

All nominees will be honored, and the winner will be announced at a special celebration dinner on April 9, at Stonebrook Manor, 650 East 124th Ave. in Thornton.

Past recipients include Donna Alengi in 2019, Nancy McNally in 2018, Nancy Skeels in 2017 and Evelyn Schroth in 2016.

Community Reach Center is a leading integrated care partner in Colorado - meaning that mental healthcare, primary medical care and dental services are provided in one location at clinics throughout the north Denver metro area. It serves people of all ages at seven outpatient offices and more than 100 community-based sites throughout Adams County.
