Jose Flores Ortiz, 37, also faces charge of prohibited use of a weaspon, driving under the influence and reckless driving, among others, according to the Adams County District Attorney's Office.

Authorities said Ortiz tried to pull over an off-duty Adams County sheriff's deputy just before Labor Day. It happened on I-76 between Bridge Street and Bromley Lane.
