The Crazy Quack Quack Duck Race is coming up in Westminster. This fundraiser benefits the Youth Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to under-privileged Westminster youth. This fund enables those youth to participate in recreation programs at a discounted rate. The event is 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the City Park Recreation Center, 10455 Sheridan Blvd. Ducks can be purchased for $5 at any recreation center.
