When: Auditions due by Feb. 21, Battle of Bands Concert, Friday, May 16, 5 - 11 p.m. Music ends at 10:30 p.m.

Where: Concert will be held at the Arvada Center Amphitheater, 6901 Wadsworth Blvd.

Who: Six, local high school bands, bands of 1-8 members, with at least 50 percent in a participating high school encouraged to audition.

Why: Fundraiser benefiting the Arvada Community Food Bank

Cost: Auditions free; Concert $5.
