Legacy High Schools soccer team honored a former player, swapping out their navy jerseys for white and beating rivals Mountain Range in a close 1-0 match Sept. 20 at District 12 Stadium in Westminster.
The team donned orange jerseys to honor Chris Reagan, an all conference player, who died crossing Interstate 25 in 2008. The team wears orange for one game each year to onor Reagan and his family.
Legacy takes their 7-0 record back to North Stadium, Sept. 27 to play Thornton. Mountain Range, now 4-2-1, heads up to Lousiville to play Monarch HIgh School Sept. 28.
