Able to listen to both sides of an issue and make a factual based decision. Describe the skills that make you the best candidate for the job
Over the past 4 years on city council, I've been able to prove myself through hard work and dedication to representing my community. I've been a thoughtful listener and I've championed initiatives that brought more resident voices to the table. At the end of the day, governance is a team sport and I will continue to work with community members to find the best solutions for Northglenn.
Please list your top three priorities if elected
First, we must work with the Parks and Recreation Department to readdress our approach to our existing parks and open spaces.
Second, homelessness is an emerging concern. Finding resources for our unhoused neighbors will require a coordinated effort between residents, non-profits, religious organizations and neighboring cities.
Finally, maintaining and improving the city's infrastructure will always be a priority. Including water, wastewater, roads or bridges; all of this work is essential for our quality of life.
What issue do you see shaping the city the most through the next decade and how we should respond?
I see sustainability issues being at the forefront for our city. There is a large push across the metro area to address our ongoing ozone non-compliance status. In the next 10 years we'll see more electric vehicles on the road and we need to prepare our community for that large shift. Northglenn needs to continue to advocate regionally for solutions and take responsibility for electrifying our own fleet to set the example of good stewardship.

Describe the skills that make you the best candidate for the job
Knowledge is my greatest skill. Born here, lived my life here and Northglenn is my family. My background of having traveled the world and working with governments both foreign and domestic qualifies me. Served the US Government and have hands on experience at all levels of legislation, application, policy and enforcement. Being a leader I have had many work closely with me and we have always found success the American way the Northglenn way.
Please list your top three priorities if elected
1. Lower Taxes and appropriately used. Stop partisan misappropriation and protect the taxpayers' rights. 2. Economic improvements of jobs, incomes, housing, and business in Northglenn. Work to right size regulation and work on a means to encourage businesses and jobs to locate to Northglenn. 3. Education for Success, Removing woke partisan yard signs in our schools, getting back to the purpose of Adams 12 schools to teach our youth skills to succeed the American way.
What issue do you see shaping the city the most through the next decade and how we should respond?
Our Northglenn has activist extremist partisan hate on the “Toxic” council. Crime is out of hand. Hate Crimes being committed by elected officials aimed at anyone who opposes them. The fact Northglenn City council has had several people resign in two years proves my case. How do we respond? We need a Resolute Man on city council. Vote Mark Bromley Ward 3. I keep running and I'm still fighting for Northglenn.

Describe the skills that make you the best candidate for the job
I've been honored to serve as a council member representing Ward 4. I've worked to understand the complexities of the issues facing Northglenn. I've asked tough questions and I've worked with residents, city staff, regional partners and community stakeholders to build innovative solutions that work for our community. I am the best candidate for this position because I understand where we are as a community right now and have a vision for our future.
Please list your top three priorities if elected
1. Improving our air quality and taking action on climate change
2. Investing in our parks and city infrastructure
3. Working with our neighboring communities to address homelessness
What issue do you see shaping the city the most through the next decade and how we should respond?
This summer we saw a record-breaking string of dangerous air quality conditions and extreme heat days. Climate change is becoming more severe every year and our community can no longer afford inaction. Over the next decade it's critical that we move towards powering our city with 100% clean renewable energy, build out infrastructure for electric vehicles and work to transition our homes and buildings off of dirty fossil gas and on to clean electricity.

Describe the skills that make you the best candidate for the job
I have been on council for a few months now but I will continue to be a strong advocate for our residents and our beautiful little city. I welcome diverse opinions, ideas, and concerns. All deserve to be truly heard. My experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner has given me crucial skills in leadership, marketing, creativity, problem-solving and teamwork. I think out of the box when the same solutions are no longer working.
Please list your top three priorities if elected
1. Safety around our schools, parks, neighborhoods, businesses and streets.
2. Homelessness - continue to work with the county and residents to come up with creative, compassionate and realistic solutions that address the many layers of homelessness.
3. Urban development - we need to continue to focus on attracting and retaining diverse businesses, address housing affordability, increase economic growth, and create jobs that provide better lives for our community's diverse population and needs.
What issue do you see shaping the city the most through the next decade and how we should respond?
Economic growth and housing diversity. As a landlocked city, we must continue to address the needs for economic opportunities and housing affordability. Northglenn's median age is young but getting squeezed out of the range of home ownership. Our elderly will continue to require more care. What we do now affects our future. Thoughtful planning in areas such as Karl's Farm and the Civic Center Campus can provide diversity in the housing and job market.
